Free trial

The 14 day free trial needs no card and is never charged.

Monthly renewal

Your subscription renews each month on the same date, at the price shown on the Billing page, until you cancel.

Cancel any time

Cancel from the Billing page in the app, through Stripe's customer portal. No call or email needed. You keep full access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

We do not give refunds or prorated credit for part of a month, whether you cancel early or delete your account.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe emails you and you keep full access for 7 days while you update your card. After that your account becomes read only until you pay.

Your data after you cancel

Once your paid month ends your account becomes read only: you can still see everything. We delete it 90 days later unless you subscribe again, and you can delete it yourself sooner on the Billing page. See the privacy page for details.
